Tamara began training in Pilates at the age of 15, as a dancer at The Australian Ballet School. Since then she has continued to incorporate Pilates as a part of her lifestyle. In particular over the past 10 years.
Tamara has used pilates to help her rehabiliate from a back injury and more recently for the fantastic pre and postnatal advantages after 2 children.
Tamara's dersire is to encourage all ages and body types to include Pilates into their lifestyle and experience the wonderful benefits Pilates can bring to a person. Working with clients to maintain functional body movement and create body awareness so that everyday living, moving and breathing is easeful and people can then get the most out of ther life.
This has being Tamara's driving force and her then transition from student to teacher.
